🔹Key Responsibilities:
- Drive adoption of innovative surgical technology in hospitals across Israel
- Lead and support sales processes, expanding market presence and partnerships
- Collaborate closely with surgeons and medical staff in the operating room
- Conduct market analysis and implement impactful marketing strategies
- Collaborating with top-tier surgeons and senior medical teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, senior medical teams, biomedical engineers, and procurement departments
- Operate regularly in hospital and operating room environments
🔹Requirements:
- Proven track record in medical device sales – mandatory (strong advantage in surgical equipment)
- Relevant academic degree- mandatory
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English
- High service orientation with strong interpersonal abilities
- Strategic thinker with the ability to influence key stakeholders

Requirements
- Proven experience in selling capital technological systems- mandatory
- Previous experience in the medical field or in hospital environments- strong advantage
- Relevant academic degree
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to present complex technological solutions in a clear and compelling way
- Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English
- High service orientation with strong interpersonal abilities
- Strategic thinker with the ability to lead long sales processes and influence key stakeholders
